Need a little Baking Therapy?

Wed Jan 29, 8-10pm: how to be one tough cookie

Need a little baking therapy? Join us this Wednesday for an evening where we will be learning a little about ourselves and a little about icing gorgeous cookies! For the second year, Batya Rotter (clinical psychologist) and Tammy Youngerwood (Jerusalem Cake Design) will come together for fun evening, bringing together the worlds of baking and mindfulness (yes, mindfulness can be fun!).

This evening is to raise awareness of the importance of mental wellbeing and ERAN (emotional first aid by telephone and internet) and is ideal for mothers and teenage daughters.

The first part of the evening will be an engaging talk about listening to those critical voices we all have in our head and what skills and tricks we can use to deal with them. The second part is learning about royal icing, cookie decorating techniues, marbelizing and splatter painting cookies!

Every attendee will leave with their own custom designed cookie, notes and reciptes.

Cost: 95nis per person (including VAT). Proceeds will go to ERAN*1201
