4 Week Fondant Cake Course [Wed 17:30-20:00]

Who are these workshops for? Teens.  Class is limited in size.

Do they need to have previous experience? This is an advanced course. Student will need some basic baking proficiency. We will be working toward one finished cake instead of smaller projects each week.

What language are the classes in? The classes and notes are in English.

Hours: Wednesday – 17:30-20:00

Where are the classes? Classes are in our studio in Baka. Exact address will be sent out upon registration.

How to Register Add the class to your shopping cart and checkout. We will follow this up with an application form to make sure the student is suitable.

What kind of baking projects will we be doing?

This is a 4 part class working towards 1 fondant covered cake. We will baking, making frosting, and then adding a chocolate ganache exterior, like the professionals do. We’ll practise covering a dummy cake and then apply those skill to a real cake. We will also make a variety of decoration to apply to our decorated cake.

Cake will be dairy-free and nut free.

Cancellations & closures

All weeks will go ahead, provided there is a minimum of 5 participants. If we do not have the minimum number of participants, you will be given at least 1 week notification if the class will not go ahead.

Registration is non-refundable, however if your cancellation is due to heath issues you will be refunded.
