The above recipe serves 4. To make this for a larger shavuot dessert, here’s the quantities I’d recommend:
Use a 20x25cm pan (large rectangle)
250ml whipped cream
1kg white cheese (gvina levana)
1 cup sugar
5 large eggs
3 tsp lemon
1/2 cip cornfloour
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Follow the rest of the instructions as listed with this same baking time (50 minutes) and temperature (150 C).
