Build-your-own Gingerbread world [Dec 8-15]

Work with 3 great cookie doughs: gingerbread, vanilla and chocolate

We will explore planning your dream cookie-house, cutting and decorating the panels. Learn the engineering and recipes needed

Explore a range of icing techniques, how to stick everything together and decorate the house. You’ll practice working with royal icing, edible watercolour painting, airbrushing, and a variety of other cookie techniques.

Then finish is all off with a rainbow of decorations with a variety of candies.

This 2-part classs is an incredible foundation for all things cookies. You’ll leave with an impressive gingerbread house as well some other mini-projects.
