OMG. Coffee cream, toffee crunch, chocolate, meringue and caramel.  This cake is based on an Ottonlenghi recipe from his famous cookbook Sweet. The flavours all blend together beautifully. The cake can serve twenty or more…and of course freezes well 🙂  .

Dairy-free. Gluten-free. Contains hazelnuts.
